Overview:
Provisions Group is seeking a skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer passionate about both sales development and marketing automation. This role combines hands-on expertise in Salesforce with deep knowledge of Marketing Cloud, requiring you to work closely with practice leaders, administrators, and analysts to design and implement comprehensive Salesforce solutions, including marketing automation campaigns, customer lifecycle journeys, and technical integrations.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Marketing Automation: Configure, test, and deploy marketing automation campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Develop customer lifecycle journeys and email campaigns, including automated and triggered campaigns, using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Monitor technical performance of assets, troubleshoot, and ensure optimal operation.
- Salesforce Development: Design, configure, customize, and implement Salesforce applications, including 3rd party integrations. Develop and administer complex Salesforce applications for clients using APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Implement and support solutions across Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, ensuring seamless integration with Marketing Cloud. Client
- Engagement: Ensure client value by understanding client needs, aligning team skills, and managing project costs. Foster innovative thinking and provide strategic guidance to clients. Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing challenges and ensuring successful project outcomes. Support post-delivery activities, including knowledge transfer and ongoing application support.
- Documentation & Expertise: Create and maintain solution-related documentation. Provide product expertise and subject matter knowledge to internal and client teams. Estimate the effort required to implement proposed solutions.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience within the Salesforce platform. Expertise in APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and complex Apex development.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Experience with OmniStudio.
- Proven experience with Salesforce Administration, including deep knowledge of Salesforce security models.
- Experience with Salesforce customization, including Lightning Components and declarative platform tools (Process Builder, Visual Workflow, Lightning App Builder).
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (Email Specialist, Administrator, Consultant, Developer). Salesforce development certifications (preferably at the Senior Developer level).
- Integration experience and ability to assess and recommend solutions based on client needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent (minimum 7 years) of work experience.
