SystemsAccountants is a global NetSuite & Finance Transformation specialist recruitment firm, and our client in the telecommunications sector is preparing to add a business process orientated NetSuite Administrator to their team.
This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a Financial Systems Manager previously placed by SystemsAccountants, and the goal is to fuel long term ERP optimization and integration health.
Summary: The NetSuite Administration will be responsible for solution engineering and recommending process improvements related to Revenue Recognition, Order to Cash, invoicing, and Inventory Management. The NetSuite Administrator will partner closely with the accounting team to drive reporting efforts related to Planning & Budgeting and various other special reports.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Technology, and Sales to assess business requirements, and to formulate project plans to address the needs using NetSuite and compatible tools.
Test and deploy NetSuite modules and enhancements to build configurable extensions to meet business needs including the upcoming implementation of an additional SuiteCommerce storefront, as well as managing integrations between Celigo, TrueCommerce and other EDI platforms
Manage requests for new features or functionality, and assist with the prioritization of these requests
Support the Finance / Accounting departments during the month-end close process from a financial systems standpoint
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, or a related field
Clear understanding and working knowledge of Accounting Principles and Inventory Management processes
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent problem identification and solving ability skills
Preferred Requirements:
NetSuite Certification preferred
1-3 years of NetSuite experience
Knowledge or experience of Order to Cash, WMS, 3rd party integrations
Project Management experience
