Established company is seeking a Receptionist/Office Assistant to hire immediately. Pay range: $19-20/hr.
Responsibilties:
- Answering phones and emails
- Filing documents (physical/digital)
- Data entry and record keeping
- Scheduling appointments/meetings
- Managing office supplies inventory
- Handling incoming/outgoing mail
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Preparing reports and presentations
- Greeting clients/visitors
- Organizing and maintaining office areas
