Position: Property Manager
Location: Boca Raton, FL
Pay: $50,000/yr
Experience: Previous experience as a Property Manager in a multi-family residential setting
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred)
Type: Full-time; Contract
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9am to 6pm
HH Staffing is seeking a Property Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Manage all aspects of leasing, including inquiries, applications, and lease agreements
- Conduct property tours and ensure a high level of customer service for prospective and current residents
- Address resident concerns and quickly respond to maintenance requests
- Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors to ensure timely completion of work orders
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, resident communication, and financial transactions
- Assist with marketing efforts to attract new residents and retain current ones
- Uphold property appearance and cleanliness standards
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
Position Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (Preferred)
- Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices
- Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio)
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
