Title: Executive Assistant
Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 p.a.

A mission investment group that was founded in 2003 is looking for an executive assistant to support a partner and two members of their team. This firm is extremely successful with over 9 billion in assets. Their team is gender balanced, includes over ten nationalities, and speaks over a dozen languages.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex scheduling for Lead Partner and one or two members of his team
- Handle all calendar management, travel, and meeting management
- Organize accommodation, both domestic and international.
- Assist with Visa’s and other travel requirements
- Track expenses and submit expense reports in a timely manner
- Foster and grow positive relationships both internally and externally
- Capable of working in a small team environment
- Plan conferences, registrations and speaking engagements.
- Take meeting minutes
- Registering and greeting guests
- Assistance with events hosted at the office including catering
- Manage ad hoc projects
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience working as an Executive Assistant with finance experience
- Comfortable working in a small firm with entrepreneurial (that respects boundaries)
- In-office Monday-Thursday
- Strong attention to detail
- Adaptable with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree
