About Our Client:
Addison Group is partnering with a leading healthcare organization that is rapidly growing and expanding its procurement operations. Our client specializes in providing high-quality medical and surgical care across various facilities, including hospitals and outpatient centers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process procurement requests from multiple healthcare departments
- Create and validate purchase orders, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client policies
- Manage purchasing for capital equipment, OR supplies, and specialized medical equipment
- Collaborate with administrative staff, nurses, and department heads to fulfill procurement needs efficiently
- Ensure that all purchases meet contract terms and organizational requirements
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in procurement, with specific experience in healthcare purchasing
- Education: High School Diploma (Associate’s Degree preferred)
Skills:
- Knowledge of healthcare procurement processes
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Experience with Materials Management Information System (MMIS) is a plus

- Start Date: ASAP
- Work Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM (with a flexible lunch break)
