Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Support the initial implementation and ongoing management of INFORM GroundStar Realtime Staff and Equipment resource management program. Support the implementation and ongoing management of the Base Data Editor (BDE). Partner with Airport Subject Matter Experts, Change Management, Training, and other key stakeholders to ensure successful rollout, ongoing maintenance, and system improvements.
- Assist the Project Manager (PM) and BDE Lead to make all updates in the GroundStar Realtime Staff and Equipment Base Data Editor (BDE).
- Gather station specific requirements and data.
- Document and track results of discussions, project planning sessions, risk mitigation plans, and modifications to project requirement documents.
- Communicate effectively in person and in writing.
- Support software testing efforts, partnering with the QA and rollout teams to ensure the program has been configured according to requirements.
- Ensure organization readiness by incorporating appropriate planning, communications, and mitigation activities and assist in assuring effective transition into production as appropriate.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of software implementation experience on a large scale/enterprise level project
- Minimum 1 year coding experience, preferably with a backend language
- Very strong experience with Office Professional Suite
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work with cross functional groups
- Strong relationship building skills

Experience with Perl programming language

General knowledge of IT functions and disciplines
Education:
Advanced degree or equivalent work experience required, preferably in software implementation
