Job Title: M&A Integration Engineer
Location: Remote with 50% Travel
Job Summary: We are seeking a Mergers & Acquisitions Integration Engineer to facilitate the seamless integration of systems during mergers and acquisitions specific to the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and a proven ability to manage complex integration projects while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities • Lead the integration of systems, applications, and mailboxes during mergers and acquisitions within the insurance sector to ensure a smooth transition • Collaborate with IT teams, business units, and external partners to gather requirements and design integration strategies tailored to insurance company operations • Develop and implement integration plans, timelines, and documentation to ensure all systems are properly merged • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, providing technical support as needed • Conduct assessments of existing systems and identify areas for improvement and optimization, specifically in relation to insurance industry standards.
Qualifications: • Proven experience in systems integration, preferably in a merger and acquisition context within the insurance industry • Strong understanding of email systems (e.g., Microsoft Exchange, Google Workspace, AOL, etc.) and application integration methods • Proficient in programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) and integration tools. • Experience with cloud services and enterprise applications. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Travel Requirements: • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time for on-site integration support.
