Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Chat Specialist at Big Dee's Tack & Vet Supply in Streetsboro, OH. The specialist will be responsible for engaging with customers via chat, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Current Horse Experience (riding, training, owning, competition) minimum 2 years current experience required
- Customer Support and Customer Service skills
- Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette
- Strong Customer Experience background
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize customer inquiries
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent

This position is full time and on-site with shifts Monday thru Friday varying between 8am-7pm. Additionally, 1-2 Saturdays a month. Some overtime is required during seasonal needs.
