Summary Statement:
The Security Bike Officer will take pride in serving as a brand ambassador. This role may patrol, work in the elements, stand a static post, respond to potential emergency situations, medical incidents, disturbances, or requests for assistance. All with the added responsibility of exterior patrols. This role will ensure the safety and experience of guests, team members and vendors while providing world-renowned customer service.
Primary Job Duties: – Includes but is not limited to:
- Understand the importance of service in a world class resort while maintaining the awareness of safety & security.
- Follow company brand standards for Guest Service.
- Act as a first responder during emergency situations, medical incidents, disturbances or requests for assistance.
- Drive/operate company vehicles as required.
- Perform basic first aid, CPR or AED application.
- Successfully complete an annual physical agility test.
- Work the exterior perimeter of the property.
- Perform daily Bike inspections for safety while also maintaining Bike as needed.
- Perform and maintain Bike as needed.
- Must be able to work and stand inside and in the outdoor environments.
- Use personal device/cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc. As prescribed by company policy.
- Perform other job-related duties as requested by Security Management, to include exterior patrols of the property.
- Perform maintenance on Security vehicles.
Qualifications: Includes but is not limited to:
- Ability to direct outside traffic as needed to include vehicles and pedestrians.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English.
- Polished appearance and demeanor.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Preferred:
- Two years of previous experience as a Bike Officer.
- Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting.
Minimum Education and Experience:
- At least 21 years of age.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Certificates, Licenses, Regulations:
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Ability to obtain the following:
- Alcohol Awareness Card
- Nevada Driver’s license
- Nevada Gaming Registration
