Attorney to represent Condominium & Homeowner Associations in a fast-paced and well-established law firm. From our office in Lake Mary, the attorney will represent our association clients throughout Florida.

Salary will be based on experience. Senior level attorneys will be given consideration for book, however, potable clients are NOT required or expected.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal support to clients and assist attorneys.
- Maintain client relationships.
- Attend Board Meetings, Live & Zoom, Sometimes Evenings.
- Teach State Required Continuing Education Courses to Community Association Managers & Directors.
- Draft opinion letters.
- Review and negotiate contracts.
- Draft declarations, articles, bylaws, and amendments for associations.
- Represent associations in pre-suit mediations and draft settlement agreements.
- Represent associations in arbitration disputes before DBPR.
- Assist association clients in the enforcement of governing documents.
- Assist trial team in lawsuits for association clients.
Qualifications
- Admission to Florida Bar.
- Central Florida resident, within commuting distance of Lake Mary offices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong Academic Record for Recent Graduates.
- Basic understanding of Chapters 718 and 720 Florida Statutes.
- Strong communication skills.
