We are seeking a visionary Part-Time Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with a background in Wearable Digital Health to shape the company's technology strategy, drive product innovation, and support its growth trajectory.
Role Overview
As the part-time CTO, you will provide strategic leadership and technical guidance to develop and execute a technology roadmap that aligns with the company’s mission and market demands. You will work closely with the executive team to pioneer new approaches in digital health, all within the flexibility of a part-time role.
Key Responsibilities
- Technology Vision and Strategy: Craft and implement a forward-looking technology strategy to position the company as a leader in wearable digital health.
- Advisory and Leadership: Mentor and inspire a team of engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Product Innovation: Oversee the development of wearable technology products, ensuring innovation, reliability, user-friendliness, and regulatory compliance.
- Infrastructure Optimization: Provide strategic oversight on optimizing technology infrastructure to ensure scalability, security, and efficiency.
- Emerging Technologies: Identify and recommend new technologies and practices to maintain a competitive edge in the digital health space.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven track record in software engineering, product development, and technology leadership, with specific experience in wearable digital health products.
- Skills: Strong ability to align technology with business goals, drive innovation, and effectively lead technical teams in a part-time capacity.
