The Office of CAIO is here to set, lead, and execute ADI’s AI strategy. The Role
The Chief AI Office at ADI is seeking to hire the role of AI Enterprise Leader to lead the deployment and management of artificial intelligence capabilities across the enterprise. This leader will be responsible for selecting and implementing AI solutions, managing these systems post-deployment, enabling cross company organizations to gain maximum benefit and ensuring these initiatives support the organization’s broader goals through state of the art monitoring and feedback. This role holds the potential for profound impact by ensuring that Enterprise AI capabilities afford an even greater competitive advantage for ADI and its entire workforce.
This leader will oversee and drive a business transformation across all aspects of ADI’s business.
Responsibilities:
As a strategic member of Rashmi’s Leadership team, you will:
- Oversee the implementation of AI capabilities across horizontal corporate services to empower employees and streamline organizational processes.
- Lead AI initiatives in engineering, manufacturing and all corporate functions to optimize production and the design of effective processes, while ensuring the best AI applications for demand and supply analysis and overall organizational transformation
- Collaborate with the Global Customer Officer to enhance sales strategies and customer interactions through advanced AI solutions.
- Manage the AI strategy for Vendor Management, improving efficiency and relationships through intelligent automation and predictive analytics.
- Creating an end to end development, test and maintenance AI Ops environment for efficient use of RAG/Tuning/Embeddings, optimized hybrid search, orchestration, test tools and guardrails (legal/security) for service creation and deployment
- Develop and enforce a comprehensive governance framework for the ethical and compliant deployment of AI technologies at the enterprise level.
- Continuously evaluate and select AI applications that offer the best use cases for improving workforce productivity and organizational functions.
- Assess the economics of scale and scope related to AI investments and manage the budget for AI implementations.
- Create robust vendor management processes to evaluate and oversee AI technology providers, ensuring quality and alignment with business needs.
- Implement consistent decision-making frameworks for AI infrastructure and services across the company.
- Maintain oversight of AI systems post-deployment, including regular updates and upgrades to stay ahead of technological advancements.
- Building strong and trusting relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers will be a central focus of this role. As such, the incumbent will exhibit a strong sense of urgency to drive accountability on agreed expectations.
Qualification & Skills:
- Master's or its equivalent experience in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a closely related technical field.
- A robust history of leading major AI initiatives at the enterprise level, consistently achieving significant outcomes in large-scale business transformations.
- Deep understanding of AI technologies and their practical use in optimizing business operations. Outstanding leadership qualities with a track record of recruiting, developing, coaching, and guiding a team of AI experts.
- Success in articulating complex AI strategies to a varied audience effectively.
- A visionary and progressive mindset with a strong enthusiasm for harnessing technology to enact major innovations in a corporate environment.
- Experience in steering large-scale business changes, focusing on strategic vision, implementation, and adaptive change management.
