Job Summary
Our West Michigan Retail Client is looking for a unique, motivated, and experienced resource to assist in the testing and implementation of a new project in our retail line. This is an onsite role in Grand Rapids that will involve evaluating processes and software for retail picking, packaging and shipping.
Responsibilities
- Working in new web based software
- Documentation of issues within the software
- Following a predefined process
- Picking items based on the process
- Documentation of process improvements
Qualifications
Skills
- Project Management
- Process Improvement ( 1 years required)
- QA/Testing ( 1 years preferred)
