Title: Procurement Processes Analyst (Supplier Enablement)
Location: Parsippany, NJ (Hybrid)
Duration: 2 months Contract (possible extension as per performance and need)
Pay Rate: $46.00/ hr max
Hybrid role: On-site 3 days/week
Education & Experience:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Need minimum 4-5 years of operational/tactical experience in Supplier Enablement.
- Experience in paying invoices
- SAP Ariba/ any ERP tool
- Experience over degree will be considered
Job Duties
- Manage supplier enablement across ERP (ESI) and Ariba, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with SOX regulations.
- Verify financial information provided by suppliers as part of banking change requests. Vet requests for potential fraud, ensuring the security and integrity of financial transactions.
Administer the Ariba Business Network
- Secure and organize critical supplier documentation for historical reference and audit purposes.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for supplier enablement, purchase orders, and transactional data (orders, receipts, invoices) to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate communication and training for suppliers related to enablement, Ariba Network usage, and other relevant processes.
- Assist with the analysis, design, implementation, testing and documentation of business process improvements.
- Assists with development of communications/ education information for internal customers.
- Monitor and improve supplier enablement processes through data analysis, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in Contracting activities in Procurement applications.
Skills
- Proven expertise and knowledge on end-to-end Supplier lifecycle.
- Ability to assess and vet requests for potential fraud, safeguarding the security and integrity of financial transactions.
- Knowledge and experience in Procure to Pay processes.
- Proficiency for using electronic procurement & contracts tools such as SAP Ariba and ERP tools like ESI
- Capable of writing clear and well-structured business process documents.
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel (Intermediate to Advanced).
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects, set priorities and meet deadlines.
