Our client, a US Fortune 250 company and a global Medical technology corporation serving customers in Clinical Labs, Health care research & Pharmaceutical industry, seeks an accomplished Supply Chain/Order Management Analyst.

Summary:
- This position interfaces with regional planners for delivery creation when needed, allocation requests, and modification of sales orders.
- Handling the regional planner’s request, it will support the export specialist team with KPIs and a backup desk, it will interact with main GLPs and proactively identify improvement opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately process all planners’ orders (run deliveries, actinal text, Reports: Run KPI reports in SAP.
- Do Analysis - Track missing data or confirm onboard shipments in SAP systems.
- Support regional planners with allocation requests, modification on sales orders, and delivery creation (transitional work process).
- Plans, coordinates, and optimizes deliveries in TMS/SAP/JDE.
- Troubleshoot EDI transactions.
- Resolve discrepancies, mitigate risks, and implement process improvements.
- Provide information to regions regarding order status, product availability, and product information.
- Supports client’s transactional claim process with 3rd party claim company to increase global visibility and claim recovery.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge and Experience in Supply Chain Operations and transportation and 2 + years of International Business.
- Demonstrates ability to work independently.
- Adept at setting priorities, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple tasks.
- Work efficiently with multiple computer systems and various groups of people.
- Proficient in Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
