We need a seasoned General Manager with experience working with a web-based business to lead our growth. Your role will shape our strategy, ensure operational excellence, and foster innovation. Lead with vision, oversee operations, and execute business plans to boost our market presence. Cultivate strong relationships, mentor teams, and uphold industry standards.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree, preferably with an MBA, and has 7+ years of senior leadership experience. You must excel in strategic planning, possess excellent communication skills, demonstrate financial savvy, and provide ethical leadership. A strong familiarity with website functionality, e-commerce, and SEO is crucial for driving our web-based business initiatives.
Additionally, the ability to execute marketing strategies across social, digital, and traditional media platforms is essential. We are looking for a candidate who can create integrated campaigns that elevate our brand, increase visibility, and effectively reach our target audience across all channels.
