Position Overview for the Receptionist:
- Warmly greet and welcome guests
- Enter guest information into the system
- Answer phones and emails, and manage the sorting and distribution of mail
- Set up and organize meeting rooms
- Maintain tidiness of all office spaces and oversee general office upkeep
- Coordinate and set up daily catered lunches (Monday through Friday)
- Approve expense reports
- Serve as a resource for employees with IT, HR, and general office inquiries
- Assist the Office Manager and other Executive Assistants as needed
Qualifications for the Receptionist:
- 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant (required)
- Experience organizing catering and events for a team (nice to have)
- Ability to handle a multi-faceted role (required)
