Our client is a family owned Contractor located in Okemos, MI. They were founded in the early 90's and have grown consistently in the last 5 years. Their portfolio includes multifamily, mixed-use and commercial interiors for medical and retail customers.
They seek a Project Manager that will oversee their projects with HUD and MSHDA.
Responsibilities
This role involves managing all aspects of project execution, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both design and construction, with a proven ability to manage complex projects and lead diverse teams.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience, previous multifamily experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture is preferred
- Review all bid packages and submittals prior to distribution to bidders and review all correspondence/proposals prior to submission to client to insure accuracy and completeness
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare and manage project budgets, tracking expenses to ensure that the project remains financially viable
Benefits & Compensation
- Competitive Salary between $90,000 and $110,000, dependent on experience
