Production Manager – Lead Operations Across Multiple Departments!
Join our team as a Production Manager and take charge of overseeing production activities across three key departments, including machine shop operations and specialized processes (welding, brazing, painting, and varnishing).
As the driving force behind our manufacturing facility, you will:
- Manage and optimize skilled machine operations, maintenance, and production activities to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
- Foster a team-oriented environment with clear communication and leadership that helps employees reach their full potential.
- Ensure compliance with production schedules and financial targets, supporting overall business success.
- Implement continuous improvements and maintain high-quality standards, adhering to AS9100 certification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign and organize work for optimal manpower and facility use.
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Lead hiring, training, and evaluation of production employees, driving growth and performance.
- Collaborate with departments to enhance productivity and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Maintain equipment and ensure facility safety through preventive maintenance (PPM).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7+ years of experience in manufacturing management, with a track record of leadership and operational success.
