hackajob have partnered with a leading biopharma company. We are currently looking for a Product Manager Team Lead to join the growing team.
Role: Platform Engineer
Location: Boston, MA
Work model: Hybrid (2-3 days a week in office)
Basic Qualifications:
- BS or BA degree with 10+ years of professional experience.
- Experience in implementing and supporting Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) like Emerson Syncade or Werum Pas-X.
- Familiarity with GAMP5 guidance procedures.
- Experience in working with and supporting systems in regulated/GMP environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven track record of leading teams to successfully deliver software products from concept to adoption.
- Experience leading teams that manage the life-cycle of products and solutions in a manufacturing setting.
- Direct experience in managing product developers/analysts with a strong passion for developing talent.
- Experience working in a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to balance the needs of Product, UX & Design, and Engineering.
- Experience in project lifecycle support for biologics drug substance manufacturing.
- In-depth knowledge of industry standards such as ISA-88 and ISA-95.
- Experience delivering projects within an Agile framework.
- Experience working with international teams.
- Familiarity with software quality assurance processes, testing methodologies, and release management.
- Knowledge of primary and secondary biologics manufacturing processes.
Offer: Up to $165K salary depending on experience + benefits package.
