Location: Los Angeles, CA
Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 Depending on Experience
Start Date: Opening 2025, with training in Las Vegas in Q3/Q4
We are excited to represent a luxury international hospitality group, who is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the launch of their new high-volume restaurant in Los Angeles, opening in 2025. This is an incredibly exciting and unique opportunity to shape a high end dining experience in a vibrant US market.
We are looking for a strong leader who can bring a unique and creative, entrepreneurial perspective to the team, and thinks outside the box to drive innovation and success of the new opening!
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, from front-of-house service to back-of-house efficiency, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
- Team Management, recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Drive profitability through strategic planning, cost control, and revenue management.
- Maintain the highest standards of service, quality, and presentation, aligning with brand expectations.
- Ensure all operations adhere to local regulations, compliance, health and safety standards, and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Strong operator with US experience
- Proven experience as a General Manager in a high-volume restaurant and luxury hospitality environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, P&L, and cost control.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Please note, the ideal candidate will be flexible to attend extensive training in Las Vegas at the end of Q3/Q4 ahead of the new opening in early 2025.
