Alexander Technology Group is working with a local client that is looking to hire an Office 365 Administrator to manage Microsoft 365 infrastructure, provide user support, and oversee services like Teams and SharePoint.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
- Provide user and license management, security, and compliance support
- Manage tenant migrations and system security
- Support M365 security policies, anti-phishing, and malware protections
- Manage Azure AD, Identity Access Management, and Conditional Access policies
- Troubleshoot and provide user support for M365 products
- Create and maintain automation scripts (PowerShell, PowerApps)
- Provide 2nd level support for escalated Service Desk issues
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in IT administration, including Windows Server, Exchange, and M365
- Experience with Azure AD, Intune, and M365 Security
- Strong knowledge of PowerShell scripting
- Microsoft certifications preferred
Education:
- Bachelor’s in IT or 5+ years of relevant experience
Skills:
- Self-starter with excellent time management and communication skills
- Strong team player with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
