Systems Engineer - Seattle
Join this high-performing team to design and develop Electric Propulsion Units for groundbreaking new aircraft. Key tasks include system processes, definition, requirements collection, flow down, and V&V.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop, integrate, and qualify electric propulsion systems
- Create test procedures for bench and engine cell testing
- Perform requirements-based verification activities
- Prepare Test Request documents, Verification Test Reports, and Traceability Matrix
- Collaborate with teams, customers, and suppliers on requirements, validation, and verification
- Support validation, verification
- Manage requirements changes and resolve conflicts
Qualifications:
- BS in Systems, Aerospace, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
- 4+ years in systems engineering for aerospace or other safety critical industries
- Experience with engineering tools/languages
- Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills
- Conflict management experience
