Responsibilities:
- Engage in client recruitment and management processes to identify suitable matches for our clientele.
- Must be a people person and a social butterfly, and have very strong sales acumen.
- Utilize lead generation techniques and follow-up strategies to maintain a robust database of potential matches.
- Actively participate in social and traditional networking events to expand our reach and connect with potential clients.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm innovative matchmaking strategies and contribute fresh ideas.
- Adhere to confidentiality agreements and non-compete clauses to protect client information and uphold professional standards.
Experience:
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Exceptional sales acumen to effectively promote matchmaking services and attract new clients.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Certification in matchmaking or willingness to obtain certification is preferred.
- Proficiency in using a laptop/computer for daily tasks and communication.
