Clinic Supervisor

The Clinic Supervisor reports to the Regional Director of Operations.

- Job Description:
A Clinic Supervisor:
- Communicate effectively across all channels of the organization.
- Assist the physician with basic patient care and medical procedures within the Medical Assistant (MA) scope of practice, which may include rapid strep, UA, EKG, procedure setups, etc.
- Obtain and record patient medical histories, vitals, test results, and other information for medical records • Maintain strict confidentiality.
- Act urgently in executing all defined company standard operating procedures and protocols.
- Ensure that brand standards and surgical cleanliness are executed in all center areas.
- Prepare treatment rooms for clinical examinations and assist practitioners with medical procedures and patient care.
- Please make sure to comply with all healthcare regulations, including HIPAA.
- Please make sure the site is fully stocked with supplies.
- Provide compassionate care to our patients.
- Prepare and administer medications for patients as directed by the provider.
- Identify top-cross-functional talent to fill the roles within the center.
- Could you ensure that staffing levels for each role meet the organization's expectations?
- Provide ongoing coaching for each team member in their role.
- Respect Confidentiality at all levels.
- Onboard and train new team members.
- Coach and provide consistent feedback on performance.
- Seek ways to recognize and reward the performance of team members.
- Please make sure the delivery of a seamless patient experience.
- Manage the fiscal resources for the assigned center.
- Please provide information to others across the organization as soon as possible.
- Please make sure the Occupational health journey is flawlessly executed.
- Efficiently manage resources, labor, services, supplies, and materials and identify improvement opportunities.
- Create schedules for the following month by the 5th of every month.
- Process payroll for the centers
- Ensure the quality of lab processes in partnership with providers and medical assistants.
- Could you maintain budgets consistent with the financial plan?
- Please address patient concerns and feedback as soon as possible.
- Assume other duties as assigned and warranted.
Pay rate $25.00- $35.00 per hour
