Salary: 140k-180k DOE
Location: Houston - Onsite
Our client is a business focusing on the AI Semiconductor space. They work on building AI SoCs and also do the housing for their products.
My client is looking for a Senior TCAD Engineer skilled in simulating AI semiconductor products.
Key skills:
- Strong experience in TCAD (ideally Synopsys Sentaurus)
- Experience in device physics
- Strong experience in simulating semiconductor products
- RF Device experience
