Evolution Credit Partners Management, LLC (“the Firm”) is an alternative credit manager with a value-driven approach to credit investing with over $3 billion in assets under management. The Firm’s platform provides an array of strategies to meet its investors’ objectives across direct lending, trade finance, and other bespoke strategies through pooled funds and separate accounts for a broad range of institutional investors.
Role Description:
The Executive Assistant plays a critical role in the support of senior team members at Evolution Credit Partners. With responsibility for day-to-day support of the Managing Partners, the Executive Assistant must be able to work effectively to manage schedules, coordinate meetings and travel, handle expense items, draft emails and other communications, and perform various administrative tasks. The Executive Assistant helps the office to run smoothly and helps ensure that all matters for the Managing Partners are handled in a timely, accurate, and professional manner. This role requires three (3) days per week in the Firm’s Boston office.
The role will entail the following:
- Managing schedules, coordinate meetings and travel
- Perform various administrative tasks
- Manage complex calendars, book conference rooms for meetings (in-person and virtual), answer phones, and set up conference and video calls
- Communicate with internal and external parties in person, in writing, and over the telephone, deepening relationships
- Ensure Managing Partners’ calendars are up-to-date and on track, communicating any changes promptly
- Coordinate all aspects of domestic and international travel, including transportation and accommodations
- Provide general administrative support, including preparing reports using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and finance software, travel planning and booking, filing, office management, travel planning, and expense reporting
- Handle mail, emails, and confidential materials with discretion
- Determine appropriate course of action for incoming items, including those of a sensitive and/or confidential nature
- Manage incoming calls, relay messages, and assist with special projects
- Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting C-level executives in a professional services setting (specifically within a finance/investment management environment is a major plus)
- Excellent attitude, professionalism and an extraordinary client service orientation
- Discretion and judgment in handling confidential and time sensitive material
- Strong focus on getting the details right (good listener)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Independent and self-motivated
- Problem solver: ability to look ahead and understand future steps necessary
- Ability to handle multiple tasks within tight time frames
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and computer skills

- Degree from a two or four year university, four year university preferred
