Commercial General Contractor actively seeking a Project Manager to lead their K-12 Education and Commercial construction projects through to completion.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Project Manager will have a strong track record of completing Ground Up New Construction and Renovations of K-12 Education and Commercial projects, ensuring their successful delivery within schedule and budget along with the ability to manage owners, vendors, subcontractors, and field staff throughout project.
Select Responsibilities:
- Provide oversight for all phases of assigned construction projects
- Develop and manage project schedules.
- Manage subcontractor performance relationships.
- Manage Owner/Client relationships.
- Be responsible for both the timeliness and total quality of assigned projects.
- Prepare project documentation for coordination and effective site management.
- Implement and execute Quality Control/Quality Assurance program.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 3-5 years experience as Project Manager
- Engineering, Construction Management or Architectural degree, or equivalent industry experience
- Exceptional knowledge of construction processes and procedures; ability to successfully manage complex projects through to completion
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills.
