As our client expands operations, they seek an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join our Aventura, FL office.
Job Description:
As a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal, you will be crucial in supporting the legal team in the closing and title processes. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 -5 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate transactions, with veteran expertise in closings and titles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of Commercial Real Estate closings.
- Conduct thorough title examinations and ensure all necessary documentation is accurate and complete.
- Collaborate with attorneys to prepare and review legal documents related to real estate transactions.
- Communicate effectively with clients, lenders, and other parties involved in the closing process.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting Commercial Real Estate transactions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience as a Paralegal in Commercial Real Estate.
- Proven expertise in closings and title processes.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Spanish
Nice-to-Have:
- Familiarity with additional legal software and tools (Qualia & DoubleTime).
Location:
This is a full-time, in-office position located in Aventura, FL. Candidates must be willing to work in the office initially.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary in the range of $80,000 - $100,000 annually.
