Title: Senior Data Analyst
Location: Chicago IL - Hybrid(three days a week) from our Chicago Hexaware Office

Sr. Data Analyst
Required Experience:
Min 6 plus years of experience in Data & Analytics domain as an analyst.
Minimum 2 years of experience with Azure Synapse
Must possess analytical ability to perform data analysis, reconcile defects and recommend solutions.
Ability to write complex SQL queries to analyze the data.
At least 1-2 years of experience with Peoplesoft in must.
Prior experience in producing FRDs and technical mapping documents is must.
3 to 5 years of experience data analysis to gain understanding of application data systems, quality assurance processes and business analysis skills.
Experience with applications used in legal domain like 3E, Compulaw and Virecruit would be plus
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and facilitate business and technical gathering sessions with business users and IT subject matter experts.
Create detailed functional requirements and/or user stories, including non-functional requirements.
Provide oversight as well as serve as the functional and technical lead during the development, testing and implementation.
Review user stories with developers and provide necessary clarification during the design and development.
Work as a liaison between functional/business users and development team.
Act as the first point of contact for Business users during UAT defects handling and act as a bridge between tech team/users to take defects to closure.
