A prestigious firm in California are looking for a Litigation Attorney to join their top tier practice group in LA, Brea or San Luis Obispo.
This role involves representing public agencies, primarily, as part of the Litigation department. You will be working on some of the most complex and important issues affecting Californians today, including CEQA, municipal code enforcement, water rights, constitutional and civil rights issues, and labor and employment
Responsibilities include:
- Writing and arguing dispositive motions
- Taking and defending depositions
- Preparing and responding to written discovery
- Representing cities in municipal code enforcement actions
- The ideal candidate will have:1+ year of experience
- Juris Doctor
- Admission to the California bar
The yearly salary range for this position is $138 500- $195 000
