Position Summary:
Seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst with extensive experience in AX and warehouse or logistics management to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the global migration of three environments and 600+ network users to Dynamics AX2012.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of business application solutions to meet organizational needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct gap analysis, and define functional specifications for application configurations and customizations.
- Provide day-to-day ERP application support and manage various third-party and in-house interfaces/integrations.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations and processes.
- Identify and implement process optimizations and automations to enhance productivity.
- Develop and deliver training materials to ensure end-user proficiency.
- Work closely with external vendors, contractors, and consultants to develop and enhance systems/applications and integrations.
Required Qualifications:
- Expertise with MS Dynamics AX2012 and D365FO, including functionalities, configuration, and customization capabilities, particularly in supply chain, manufacturing, and finance processes.
- Proficient in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Skilled at data validation and configuration to ensure the migration was successful
- Experience in implementing and supporting EDI integrations with MS Dynamics platforms is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with Service Desk software (e.g., Jira) and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban, Prince 2, Six Sigma).
