Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service, presenting a professional and approachable demeanor in all client interactions.
- Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing prompt and accurate responses.
- Quickly adapt to changes in workflow and priorities in a smaller, fast-paced office environment.
- Handle client requests related to financial or insurance accounts, including processing updates and coordinating with brokers and insurance carriers.
- Attend meetings with advisors, take detailed notes, and prepare organized meeting recaps for follow-up.
- Compose business emails using proper grammar and maintain professional written communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Utilize Excel for client reporting, data management, and supporting various operational tasks.
- Assist in various administrative duties and ad-hoc projects as needed to support the advisory team.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in the financial or investment industry preferred.
- Strong Excel skills, including data entry, reporting, and basic analysis.
- Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to compose business emails with professionalism and clarity.
- Customer-focused mindset with a friendly and professional appearance.
