Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Associate
- Experience Required:
- 2-6 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, or corporate transactions.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Exposure to a wide range of industries preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously.
2. Securities Associate
- Experience Required:
- 3-7 years of experience in securities law.
- Experience with public offerings, private placements, SEC reporting, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong understanding of securities regulations, including the Securities Act of 1933 and the Exchange Act of 1934.
- Experience with drafting and reviewing prospectuses, registration statements, and disclosure documents.
- Familiarity with corporate governance and shareholder engagement.
3. Private Equity Associate
- Experience Required:
- 3-5 years of experience in private equity transactions, fund formation, and investment management.
- In-depth knowledge of structuring, negotiating, and documenting transactions.
