Job Description
Must-Haves:
- 1-4 years' experience of sourcing/recruiting experience.
- MS office suite experience (outlook, excel, word)
- Experience with any ATS or VMS systems
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
Plusses:
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Day-to-Day:
An enterprise retail company is looking to bring on Sourcing Recruiters. As a Sourcing Recruiter, you will be responsible for finding qualified individuals on LinkedIn Recruiter based on the client's defined candidate filters. You will send candidates initial LinkedIn messages and utilize company templates to reply to candidate's questions about the position. Throughout your role, you will also be responsible for tracking your overall candidate outreach. As a Sourcing Recruiter, you will not be hiring traditional employees; rather, you will be helping a key business initiative which is focused on onboarding individuals to support human data collection tasks used to train AI models. These experts would basically be able to complete work on-demand, as needed. We are looking for someone with 1+ years of sourcing experience who is comfortable in a high-volume environment with excellent communication skills.
