We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Real Estate Paralegal to bolster a local firm's team. As a Senior Real Estate Paralegal, you will be instrumental in managing all aspects of real estate transactions from inception to closing. Your expertise will support the firm's attorneys and clients throughout the entire process, ensuring smooth and compliant transactions. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including drafting legal documents, conducting thorough research, and ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations. Your strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail will be essential in contributing to the success of their legal team and the satisfaction of their clients.

Responsibilities of the Senior Real Estate Paralegal:
- Manage all phases of real estate transactions, from posting through to closing.
- Draft and prepare a variety of legal documents, including purchase agreements, leases, and closing statements.
- Conduct comprehensive research to support attorneys in negotiations and compliance matters.
- Ensure all transactions comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Organize and maintain case files and documentation for easy access and reference.
- Assist in preparing for closings, including reviewing closing documents and managing logistics.
- Communicate with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in transactions.
Requirements of the Senior Real Estate Paralegal:
- Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Certification as a paralegal (e.g., NALA, NFPA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal, with a focus on real estate law.
- Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Proficient in legal research and document preparation.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases.
Salary:
$55,000-$70,000 per year
