We are seeking a talented General Manager for a newly-built, branded hotel in the heart of St. Paul, MN. A polished hospitality leader will enjoy a gorgeous, fully-staffed property that is fostered by a team of dedicated hoteliers with an expanding portfolio. Base Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 (Commensurate with experience) + 20% bonus, health benefits, 401K, PTO, and much more!
Responsibilities:
- Overall Brand Champion of the Hotel sets the tone for welcoming guest services
- Host weekly managers’ receptions for guests
- Meet every “site inspection” conducted by Sales and Catering
- Act as liaison between ownership and hotel to drive performance, from top-line revenue to controlling costs
- Responsible for overall day-to-day operations of the hotel
