Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our team in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for auditing rates, performing quarterly renewals, and ensuring operational excellence. This role requires proficiency in Excel, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment from Tuesday to Thursday.
Responsibilities
- Audit rates and ensure accuracy in all financial transactions.
- Perform quarterly renewals and manage related documentation.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all operational activities.
- Utilize Excel to analyze data and generate reports.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with various departments to support operational needs.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Must Haves
