Epic Patient Access Analyst:
Cadence/ ADT/GC Application Analyst; Prelude experience would be a bonus.
Must Have:
~ 5 years of experience and at least 2 full life cycle implementations.
~Work on Tickets for Cadence/Referrals
~Appt Conversion, Post appt conversion support
~Work with Analysts for anything Cadence/Referrals
~Work with Project Analysts to assist them on their Cadence and Referral Needs.
Key Knowledge:
Scheduling, Service level auths, ASA Table knowledge and experience, Appt Conversion, Go Lives
a) Responsible for supporting the successful identification, analysis, build, testing, training, and implementation of ADT/Cadence/Prelude build
b) Work directly with all applications teams to ensure that interface builds stays on track according to project timelines and delivers the specified interface scope
c) Escalate any issues or risks to the ADT/Cadence/Prelude Access Director immediately after identification and actively participate in migration strategy and issue resolution
d) Work both independently and as part of a team to accomplish all assigned tasks
e) Mentor other colleagues on the team to ensure successful knowledge sharing is occurring
f) Perform other duties as required/assigned for the successful installation of the ADT/Cadence/Prelude applications
