Summary
Private-equity backed Fintech is searching for a Sr. Salesforce Architect with a proven track-record in the banking / financial services industry. Reporting to the VP of Revenue Ops, this role focuses on developing and executing a scalable Salesforce strategy, with hands-on architecture work and collaboration with cross-functional leaders in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture and optimization of Salesforce solutions or rapid scale and flexibility, including Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, to support over 200 users.
- Manage Salesforce administrator, overseeing system updates, data integrity, and availability.
- Architect and execute the merger of multiple CRM systems into a unified Salesforce instance across multiple operating units, enhancing data consistency and process efficiency.
- Oversee the Salesforce ecosystem supporting the full customer lifecycle, from lead generation to contract invoicing, improving operational efficiency and engagement.
- Drive the integration of Salesforce with ERP, marketing, and project management tools to streamline interdepartmental workflows.
- Implement Adobe Sign integration within Salesforce to enable direct contract delivery by the sales team, accelerating the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to develop strategic dashboards and reports for real-time KPI tracking and data-driven decision-making.
- Design and implement advanced automation using triggers, classes, Lightning components, VisualForce pages, and flows to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of total experience in software development and implementation with recent experience in a Salesforce Architect role.
- Proven experience with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) in a hands-on capacity.
- Proven experience working with banking and financial institutions with a strong understanding of industry-specific systems, business processes, and workflows.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning, and integration tools.
- Solid understanding of enterprise architecture principles and design patterns.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience interfacing with Sales and Marketing leadership to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
