Hours Per Week: 35 hours/week
Location: Hybrid; minimum 2-3 days on site

- Key responsibilities include: Maintenance of Office Operations, replenishment of supplies in the offices, Coordinating external vendors for maintenance or repairs, Event Planning & Execution
- Must have 5- 7 years of experience in Office Administrative Support or Office Management
- Strong verbal communication skills and people skills
- Microsoft Office basics (Outlook, simple Excel tables, etc.)
- Ideal but not mandatory: some experience with OSHA reporting, Office Safety Training and/or legal documents & contracting
