About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Technical Support and Quality Control Specialist to join the team. In this role, you will provide technical support for the entire suite of software products, assist in quality control processes, and contribute to the development of training materials. Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers, sales representatives, and internal staff via phone and email, for the suite of software offerings.
- Address customer issues promptly and courteously, adhering to response times.
- Suggest product improvements and report software defects.
- Test new software versions and updates for quality assurance.
- Verify bug fixes and manage the bug tracking system.
- Assist in creating and updating training guides and videos.
- Train and support customers, sales teams, and internal staff.
- Assemble and test drones as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the construction industry and with AGTEK products.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain software clearly.
- Professional & articulate phone and email etiquette.
- Ability to work well in a team and travel occasionally.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Information technology, or equivalent experience.
