CDW has an excellent opportunity in Natick, MA for a Level 1 / Level 2 Help Desk Analyst! We are seeking a proactive and efficient IT Support Specialist to join our team for this 6 month, potentially to-hire, opportunity. The ideal candidate will be able to dive right into our ticket backlog and start resolving issues immediately. Some tasks are more Tier 2 support, addressing more complex technical problems and providing advanced support.
Responsibilities:
- Tackle the immediate ticket backlog and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Provide support for Microsoft technologies (E5), primarily Windows 10 and moving to Windows 11.
- Utilize Palo for global remote access and occasionally work with Cisco infrastructure.
- Handle password resets, rights access, and permissions.
- Collaborate with a team of four covering the Americas, while being part of a global team.
- Participate in projects as needed, contributing to various IT initiatives.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of Help Desk / Service Desk experience
- Strong experience with Microsoft technologies, including Windows 10 and 11.
- Familiarity with Palo for remote access and Cisco infrastructure.
- Ability to manage and resolve a high volume of tickets efficiently.
- Experience with password resets, rights access, and permissions.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
