OxEon is looking for a driven, experienced operations professional to establish best practices and department structure for our advanced manufacturing scale up. This position will lead the operations team in the design and build of our state of the art manufacturing facility for solid oxide electrolysis stacks.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Establish manufacturing processes and systems to support rapid scale up in compliance with AS9100D standards
• Work with equipment manufacturers and construction firms to bring equipment design, fabrication and installation through commissioning.
• Management of operations facing training programs
• Aide in the coordination of product transition from R&D to production
• Operations Department KPI ownership for communication, corrective action planning, and financial metrics to drive continuous improvement in the company
• Management of Departmental Budget
• Interdepartmental work to build full company systems, including ERP, to manage workflows
• Work with Quality to establish control charts and other statistical tools to feed product compliance and consistency
• Communicate with all departments and stakeholders for change control and quality
• Perform Department Gap Analysis to identify key resources needed during company’s growth
• Participation on OxEon’s Business Team for risk and issue identification and mitigation

Working Conditions: Work in office, R&D laboratories, and manufacturing environments
Minimum Experience Requirements:
• Minimum five years' experience in Operations in a related industry.
• Minimum three years’ experience in an Operations Management Position
• Experience with developing and implementing an ERP from a production standpoint
• Experience leading teams in a quality environment
• Experience working in a regulated industry (i.e. medical, aerospace, defense, nuclear…)
• Expertise in AS9100D or ISO
Preferred Experience Requirements: Expertise in ceramics manufacturing
Minimum Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, engineering, or in an industry-related field of specialization.
