Bilingual PRS Case Manager
Insight Global is seeking a L2 Post Release Services Case Manager to work REMOTE out of Colorado for a HSPRS program we support. The Post Release Services (PRS) Level 2 Case Manager is responsible for providing culturally and linguistically appropriate post placement services and trauma-informed, intensive, and comprehensive case management to Unaccompanied Children (UC), and their families, with specific challenges and/or special circumstances. Level 2 PRS Case Manager will be expected to conduct ongoing assessments of the safety and appropriateness of the UC’s placement using child welfare principles and social work best practices.
Must Haves:
- Bachelor’s Degree in - social work, behavioral science, or social services
- Open to candidates with an associate's degree (or bachelor’s degree in a different field) if they have 5+ years of relevant work experience
- 2+ years of progressive experience in social services, case management, child welfare;
- Experience in child welfare, child placements, family preservation and social service provision is desired
- ORR experience is NOT a requirement
- Bilingual English/Spanish (not required, however very ideal. Interpretations are provided if needed).
- Must have a valid driver’s license, insurance, and a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check (includes history of conviction of child and sexual abuse).

Travel Details:
Hotels, Rental Cars, and Flights will be booked and paid for directly through the company travel portal
Mileage Reimbursement (Personal vehicle will be used for any travel up to 150 miles – over 150 miles will qualify for a rental car to be expensed).
Company Credit card will be granted to expense meals and hotels if needed. (General credit check will be conducted to receive this).
General travel requirements stay within state residing in but out of state travel may come up in rare occurrence
