Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule routine inspections and emergency repairs
- Ensure proper security measures are in place for the workplace, including collaborating with security system vendors or the IT department
- Manage alarm system for the Florida facilities by adding and deleting employees and other functions
- Develop, document and enact processes and accountability for multiple functions, such as any related Policies, Procedures and Controls
- Responsible for the 24 hour monitoring alarm systems
- Responsible for coordination of replacement parts, batteries etc.
- Be physically present in all locations when a technician needs to do maintenance visits or repairs.
- Monitor surveillance cameras.
- Responsible for the proper function of Fire sensor, Fire extinguishers, Fire exit signs etc.
