Our client, a busy Real Estate Firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant. The role involves handling administrative tasks, managing schedules, preparing reports, and coordinating meetings and events. The primary function is to provide critical day-to-day support to the firm’s executive and senior staff members. To be successful in this role, you must be able to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and must be able to balance simultaneous projects and priorities.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct all incoming phone calls
- Maintain calendars
- Establish communications between customers and executives
- Organize documents and reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in administrative role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in high intensity, fast-paced environment
