We are looking for a nimble, innovative and enthusiastic graphic designer with a strong work ethic to join our Cincinnati office. The role requires a creative individual with excellent aesthetic judgment and a willingness to collaborate across disciplines. Previous experience in experiential / environmental graphic design is preferred, but candidates demonstrating a desire for professional growth and education without prior experience are welcome.
What You’ll Do
- Be a part of an interdisciplinary team of designers and architects
- Collaborate with the senior members of the graphic design team on client projects including (but not limited to) experiential / environmental graphics, signage, wayfinding, and branding
- Interact and communicate with clients and consultants
- Creation of marketing collateral, including designing for print and digital platforms, as directed by the Marketing Department
- Collaborate with department directors and firm principals on internal projects, including (but not limited to) campaign / firm initiative branding, print design, and EGD
- Perform research and analysis as necessary for client, marketing, and internal projects
What You Need to Succeed
- Bachelor’s Degree in Design or Fine Art preferred
- 3-6 years of experience
- Experienced in Adobe Creative Cloud – specifically InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 – specifically Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, OneDrive
- Strong communication skills, including written and spoken; public speaking skills a plus
- Collaborative and positive mindset
- Ability to utilize time management and balance multiple tasks and deadlines
- Curiosity and a drive to constantly expand your design and professional skills
- Enthusiasm for finding creative solutions to problems and exemplary strategic thinking
