Our client is a stealth seed-stage, software-enabled startup on a mission to solve this problem while delivering a trustworthy auto repair experience for EV owners. The founding team has built and operated numerous IPO'd startups in the automotive & mobility space, and they're now searching for a full-stack software engineer to help them tackle this mission.

This role can be a hybrid model with an office in the Bay Area or remote (if outside of the Bay Area).
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Product Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive the development and launch of cutting-edge products that will shape the future of the EV aftermarket industry. You will work closely with our leadership, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Vision:
- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for our EV aftermarket product.
- Develop and prioritize the product roadmap based on market research, early customer feedback, and key business objectives.
Product Development:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and launch innovative products and features.
- Translate product requirements into detailed user stories and technical specifications.
- Manage the product development lifecycle, including planning, execution, and release management.
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related matters.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with business goals.
Customer Focus:
- Conduct user research and usability studies to gather insights and validate product concepts.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, user feedback, and market trends to continuously improve the product.
Technical Expertise:
- Leverage your technical background to effectively communicate with engineering teams and ensure the feasibility of product features.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation in the EV space.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the EV, automotive, or related technology sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Skills:
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and discuss architectural concepts, APIs, and data models.
- Excellent project management skills with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
